Chris Palatucci

Chris Palatucci grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts and now lives in Austin, Texas. Having a lifelong love for fantasy books, TV, movies, and games, he tried writing during the COVID-19 quarantine and found a passion for it. The passion turned into more than a hobby, and he took a sabbatical from his career in technology sales to become a full-time novelist from 2022-2023.

 

Chris completed his first novel, Pawn the Dragon Schemer, in 2021, before beginning his current project, Threads of Sunlight. His primary influences are Neil Gaiman, Brandon Sanderson, Stephen King, Patrick Rothfuss, and of course, J.R.R. Tolkein. He often says, “If you call me the cheap version of any one of them, I’m doing something right.”
